Our training division provides access to firefighters and paramedics who have direct access to the most current safety and emergency response techniques and products.  Spending a few hours with RespondRight connects you to years of life-saving experience.

We are your solution to corporate safety training. Training provided includes automatic external defibrillator (AED), CPR, first aid, bloodborne pathogens, O2 administration, and fire extinguisher training throughout the Missouri and Illinois area.  RespondRight also offers EMT, EMT refresher and CEU classes that can be customized to meet your schedule.

We can provide your company with a total training solution including the purchase of a AED, implementing an AED program, providing medical direction, providing standard operation procedures for the AED program, AED and CPR training and notifications when training is going to expire.  We will also provide you with a report of employees who have participated in the training to keep your records up-to-date.

We are located in St. Charles, Missouri and conduct classes on-site for your convenience or at our facility.

Cancellation Policy

• Payment and registration must be received at least 10 days prior to class.
• Once you have paid there will be no refunds given within 10 days of class date.
• It is your responsiblity to notify RespondRight of your wish to cancel atleast 10 days before the class date.
• RespondRight reserves the right to cancel any class due to lack of enrollment. Students will be notified via email and telephone prior to start date. In this case students will be entitled to a full refund.

Shipping Policy

• $5.99 for orders under $100
• $6.99 for orders over $100
• Orders are usually shipped via USPS or UPS
• If you need to return an item from your order you must contact RespondRight for an authorization number prior to mailing your item.
