Cancellation Policy

• Payment and registration must be received at least 10 days prior to class.
• Once you have paid there will be no refunds given within 10 days of class date.
• Classes will start on time & students that arrive late will not be allowed in the classroom.
• Students that do not show up will be charged a $25 fee to re-schedule their date.
• It is your responsiblity to notify RespondRight of your wish to cancel atleast 10 days before the class date.
• RespondRight reserves the right to cancel any class due to lack of enrollment. Students will be notified via email and telephone prior to start date. In this case students will be entitled to a full refund.

Shipping Policy

• $5.99 for orders under $100
• $6.99 for orders over $100
• Orders are usually shipped via USPS or UPS
• If you need to return an item from your order you must contact RespondRight for an authorization number prior to mailing your item.
