Consumer reporting agency that performs employment-related background checks including verification of education can request an academic verification. You can request verification of the applicant’s education history, and certifications that have been received, and request a transcript.

Consent for the release of information MUST be signed by the subject of the request and uploaded at the time of the request.

We understand this request is time sensitive and will make every effort to complete your request within 2-3 business days once all information has been received.
