CPR Classes – Cancellation Policy

  • More than 3 business days before your course: If you cancel more than 3 business days before your course you will be refunded the amount you paid minus the 5% refund fee.
  • More than 3 business days before your course, if you need to reschedule: Students requesting transfer into another class will be charged a $25 fee.
  • 0 – 3 business day of your course: If you cancel for any reason within 3 business days of your course you will forfeit the course cost and be required to re-register.
  • Within 3 business days of the class: No rescheduling

EMS Classes – Cancellation Policy

  • Special policies are  in place and you will need to read the policy and procedure handbook.


  • Orders are usually shipped via USPS or UPS
  • Processing is usually completed in 24 hours and order are shipped within 24-48 hours
  • Current students are encouraged to choose ‘Local Pickup’ so they can pick up orders at the Academy. This will save on shipping costs.

Personalized Items

  • Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
  • If you notice an issue with the products or anything else on the order, you must submit the problem by emailing info@respondright.com. Include all the details of the problem including a photo of the issue.
  • Your issue will be reviewed and further directions will be provided.
  • There are no returns on personalized items that do not have misprints/damage/defects.

Returning all other Items

  • Orders must be inspected upon delivery.  Items can be returned up to 30 days after purchase.
  • Items must be in original condition, tags must be attached and garments must not have been washed, worn or altered.
  • Items must not have dog hair, dirt, etc on the clothing. Any clothing that has been worn will not be eligible for return.
  • If you need to return an item from your order you must contact Respond Right for an authorization number prior to mailing your item.
  • Return postage is your responsibility and we suggest you insure your package.
  • All returns, refunds and exchanges will be subject to a 5% restocking/refund fee.
